For the diode circuit shown,
- VS = 3 V
- The saturation current parameter for the diode is IS = 7.0e-14 A.
- Assume room temperature operation, kT/q = 0.0258 V.
Use the exact diode equation to find the value of R so that the diode current will be exactly 15 mA.
(Do not use the on-off model for the diode.)
