Reminder: Our next Audio/Arduino meeting is on Sep 21 at 5:30 p.m. in 3042 Coover. At the meeting we will:
- Briefly review how the clubs work.
- Have a very high-level overview of embedded systems and Arduino.
- Demonstrate a few completed projects.
- Sign up for projects. (Project work begins next week.)

The Audio and Arduino Clubs have been on hiatus for a while, but it's time spin back up for the Fall semester.
Our first meeting will be on Monday, Sep 14 at 5:30 p.m. in 3043 Coover Hall. We will:
- discuss how the clubs work,
- have a brief overview of some of the basics of audio systems, and
- describe a few of the audio projects that will be available to build this fall.
The second meeting will be on Sep 21 at 5:30, also in 3043 Coover Hall. At that meeting, we will a present a very high-level view of embedded systems and describe some of the Arduino-based projects that will be available as part of Arduino Club.
Following the first two meetings, we will shift into project mode. All subsequent meetings will be in the lab in 2011 Coover. The focus of all remaining meetings will be on building electronics. (Caveat: As the need arises, there may be some discussion sessions or demonstrations that will be held in other locations.)
Anyone interested in building electronics hardware, audio technology, or embedded systems is welcome to attend any of the meetings. There are no prerequisites or requirements for participating in the clubs. If you have any questions about the clubs, contact G. Tuttle or the IEEE vice-president, Andrew Beack, who arranges club affairs for IEEE.
